This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, book a detail, or receive messages from us, and how we handle it.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to quote your job, schedule it, and follow up:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address, given when you call, submit a form, or book online.
- Vehicle and service details — what you drive, its condition, the service you want, and the address where the work will happen.
- Appointment and payment records — dates, services performed, and amounts. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Website usage — basic analytics such as pages viewed and general location, used to understand which services people are looking for.
How We Use Your Information
- To give you a quote and answer your questions
- To schedule, confirm, and carry out your appointment
- To send service updates such as arrival windows and reschedules
- To send appointment reminders and, if you have opted in, occasional offers
- To take payment and keep records for tax and warranty purposes
SMS Text Messaging
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We only text you if you have given consent — by checking the SMS box on a form, requesting a quote by text, or asking us to text you. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our scheduling and CRM platform, our payment processor, and our email and text messaging provider — and only as much as they need to do that job. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How Long We Keep It
We keep customer and appointment records for as long as needed to service your vehicle, honor any warranty on our work, and meet tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices
- Texts — reply STOP to any message.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access or deletion — email [email protected] and we will provide or delete the information we hold on you, subject to records we are required to keep.
Security
We use reputable providers with industry-standard protections, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you if a breach affects your data.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
